Joy of play makes you strong
Playfulness
builds strength.
Former professional footballer, today an athletic tutor for children and teenagers. Football, tennis, health and mindset — guided by one person who knows all four.
The approach
Not a drill.
A person.
A sports coach, a health guide and a mentor: normally three appointments, three invoices, three opinions. Here it is one person — and one plan.
My own career in professional football, years of work in high-end private healthcare and a training in positive psychology have grown into an approach that develops technique, health, mindset and character at the same time — age-appropriate and without pressure.

Purpose & vision
Away from the screen.
Into real movement.
In an increasingly digital world I see my work as a deliberate counter-trend: out into nature, into real physical experience.
Where screens invite passivity, I create the counterweight that gets children excited about moving outdoors again. The foundation is intrinsic joy of play — because only where enthusiasm lives do lasting progress, genuine discipline and steady nerves grow.
Sport is a tool, not the purpose. Alongside technique in football and tennis it shapes confidence, fair play and strength of character — for life.
- Outdoors, not indoorsNature as the training ground
- Joy before pressureEnthusiasm as the engine
- Character before resultAttitude that lasts
The roadmap
Four pillars.
One child.
Four areas that are usually trained separately. Here they meet in the same session.
Ball skills & athletic foundations
Game-based learning instead of mindless repetition — technique, tactics and decision-making from two sports that complement each other.
Health & preventionHealth, coordination & prevention
Healthy movement patterns, postural balance and core stability — built up age-appropriately so injuries do not arise in the first place.
Positive psychologyMental strength & character
Healthy ways to handle pressure, failure and frustration — while building fair play, respect and self-discipline.
Tailored developmentPersonal growth & trust
A safe environment where mistakes are allowed. Every module adapts to the child's age, developmental stage and daily mindset.

Service area
Training where
you are.
No fixed base, no club membership. I come to where you already play — your court, your hall.
Sessions subject to availability · court or hall hire payable locally · travel by arrangement
Training philosophy
„A child who enjoys it learns faster than one who merely performs."
That is why enjoyment is not the reward at the end of a session but the method from the start. Children who like coming, come back — and children who come back get better. Performance is the consequence, not the requirement.
The conceptFrequently asked
Briefly answered.
From what age does this make sense?
From kindergarten age it is about joy of movement and coordination; technique, athleticism and mental topics follow later. Content always follows the child's age and developmental stage — never a fixed curriculum.
Does my child need prior experience?
No. Many children start with none at all. Football and tennis are tools, not prerequisites — this is about movement, coordination and enjoying both.
What does „holistic" actually mean?
That technique, health, mindset and character all appear in the same session, delivered by one person who knows all four areas. Details on the Mentorship page.
What does it cost?
Prices on request. Because every child needs a different scope — single sessions, ongoing mentorship or a small group — I make a concrete offer after a short first conversation.
Where does training take place?
In your region: Switzerland, Liechtenstein and western Austria — on your court or in a hall near you, subject to availability.
Do you also coach adults?
Yes, on request. The focus is on children and teenagers, but I am happy to give tennis lessons to adults and to run joint parent-and-child sessions — see Programmes.
Are parents present during training?
Whatever suits the child. Some are freer when nobody is watching, others need the closeness. We clarify this in the first conversation and adjust at any time.
Getting started
Here's how we start.
First conversation
Fifteen minutes on the phone. Age, goals, region — and whether I am the right fit.
Trial session
One hour near you. Your child gets to know me, you see me work.
Personal roadmap
If it fits: a plan across all four pillars — in the rhythm of your family life.
Let's head
to the court.
Tell me briefly about your child — age, interests and what you are hoping for. Then we look together at whether it is a good fit.
